Get access to all the hidden bricks in LDD, Lego Universe Mode now available![]() (Source: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=40794) It seems to be there is a HIDDEN Lego Universe Mode. But activation is required. After activation you get access to all 1400+ bricks in LDD. A new interface with new options. - Decoration tool, allows you to “paint” decoration on those bricks that will allow it. - Color picker tool, allows you to pick a color from any other brick in the scene (“scene” is LDD-lingo for the area on screen where you place the bricks and build your models) - Color palette tool – allows you to select any color. By holding the mouse pointer over a color, a sub-menu will also expand showing all the sub-colors. Important note: Please be aware that Lego takes NO responsibility whatsoever for LU-mode. Since LU-mode is NOT intended for the general public there may be flaws in the functionality and problems with incorrect brick geometry. Lego is making LU-mode available to us LDD fans as-is. There is no support at all and you use it fully at your own risk. And naturally, bricks used in LU-mode are not possible to buy through DesignByMe or Pick-A-Brick. Video GamesThere‘s an (old) new product site which is called „Video Games“. At the moment it’s about the game “Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues”. Therefore there’s a big Lego Indiana Jones graphic with a short test on the home page. On the product site there is a page where the futures of the game are like the 2 player split screen. There’s also a photo gallery about the game which shows the futures of the game. The photos are taken at exciting and famous moments like the nuclear bomb test. (Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull). On the next page you find wallpapers about the game which you can download. On the last site you find a walkthrough how to make you own Lego Indiana Jones. There are tips about cliffs, traps, switches and much more. This page isn’t like the other Lego pages it looks other, but it also looks great. (For example there isn’t a product pages and in the Fun zone there is a walkthrough instant a game or a movie.)Soon the page would about the new Harry potter video game which comes out soon. Then the page would be remodeled. My rating: The page looks great and is really interesting when you have the game, because of the level walkthrough or when you like LEGO video games. 6/10- When you see the page the first time it’s interesting. But on the second view you see that the page is boring. By FDH | |
